Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to make a 50% non refundable deposit for each appointment to hold their spot. This deposit is a commitment and should be treated as such and will go towards your completed services. Constant rescheduling will not be allowed. After a grace period of these, you will forfeit your deposit. It will automatically be forfeited for cancelling, rescheduling within 48 hours, running late (per my discretion) and no shows.
